In our transparent world driven by big data, social media and consumerism, most organizations feel the pressure to authentically respond to the needs of their employees and customers. Industries like healthcare, design, consulting and sales are investing in building empathy to create meaningful customer experiences, improve outcomes and increase employee well-being. This interactive workshop brings together a dynamic group of facilitators from each of these industries to create an experiential learning environment where we actively build empathy. The facilitators will demonstrate the power of empathy in design, and will guide the participants through five empathy building exercises.
