All attendees must meet at Room B117-119 at the Oregon Convention Center. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of the tour. The tour will start off with a short presentation and then depart the Oregon Convention Center. Please bring walking shoes, rain gear, and a sense of adventure!

This tour will showcase the world’s first official EcoDistrict and one of Portland’s neighborhoods poised for the most growth in the coming decades. The Lloyd EcoDistrict reflects an increasing consciousness in our cities and communities that environmental performance improvements are only successful if they are done in a way that equitably distributes their benefits and burdens.

Join EcoDistrict leaders for a 2-mile tour that starts with a brief presentation and then a walk through the district to see some of the visual successes of the EcoDistrict as well as understand the challenges that lay ahead. Tour leaders have all been involved with the Lloyd EcoDistrict from its conception. Naomi helped lead the original public-private partnership that launched the EcoDistrict. Tom developed the EcoDistrict Roadmap and implementation of the new district wastewater treatment system. Sarah is the EcoDistrict Executive Director.

You are eligible for a refund of this ticket less a $15 Service Fee, until all refunds close at 11:59pm on April 17, 2018.
