Charles Kelley is a senior architect at ZGF Architects with more than 32 years of experience, who brings an interdisciplinary design approach incorporating community aspirations and the use of natural and financial resources to reach balanced design solutions for institutions and municipalities. He is an advocate for integrated urban design to leverage multiple objectives across transportation, land use and open space systems, all contributing to resilient neighborhoods. He is a founding member of the City of Portland’s % for Green committee, a founding member of the non-profit EcoDistricts, and lead designer for Portland's We Build Green Cities.
