Jolene combines her passions for sustainability and social justice at stok where she is responsible for the organization’s growth. As Director of HR and Operations, Jolene develops and manages HR programs and initiatives including hiring, onboarding, team member feedback, professional development, and benefits. Jolene helped lead stok’s design and implementation of Organizational Biomimicry—an equitable, autonomous, and evolving organizational structure modeled after nature. Her responsibilities include developing salary guidelines to ensure compensation equitability across the company, implementing a peer-to-peer feedback model, and maintaining stok’s fun-loving and familial culture.
