Mohamed holds a bachelor degree in architecture and a masters of building science. At HED, Mohamed covers multiple aspects of architecture projects from start to finish, design through construction. He serves as a regional sustainability leader for the Los Angeles office where he works closely with engineers on projects involving sustainability. He also taught a graduate course at USC, where he earned his master’s degree, about energy simulation and tools in sustainable design. Mohamed has 5 publications addressing the integration of sustainability into the architectural design process; two of which were at ACADIA and CAADRIA conferences for computational design.
