Nicole Isle is the Chief Sustainability Strategist at Glumac, a full-service MEP engineering firm specializing in the cost-effective sustainable design and operation of commercial, institutional, healthcare, and advanced technology facilities worldwide. The firm utilizes energy, CFD, lighting, comfort modeling and commissioning to identify and measure design strategies that promote occupant health and productivity. In the highly competitive quest to attract and retain employees and support occupant wellbeing, Nicole helps clients integrate biophilia into their project designs. Nicole is a WELL Faculty member and founding member of the International Living Future Institute’s Biophilic Design Initiative. In 2016, Green Building & Design honored Nicole with the Women in Sustainability Leadership Award.
