Join us at this leadership summit for an opportunity to go beyond typical conversations on health in the built environment. Together, we will explore the issue of material health at multiple scales—from the chemistry, to the products and buildings they make up and work to create tangible next steps to accelerate transformation of the materials market.

Through engaging presentations, inspiring case studies, and deep interactive exercises, participants will develop a robust understanding of how the built environment affects health, what hurdles have prevented faster adoption of healthy materials, and what next steps look like in coming together.

The summit will bring together speakers from all relevant parties (toxicologists, AIA, database creators, manufacturers, certification bodies). Significant time will be devoted to addressing communication between the design community, manufacturers and product specification platforms.

Nadav Malin from Building Green will facilitate an open, honest and collaborative dialogue about how to ensure the continued forward momentum of the sustainability industry. Discussion will be centered around how each stakeholder has the ability individually, and as part of the greater ecosystem, to create change. Break out groups will be facilitated by industry leaders, in an effort bridge the communication gap between parties, with a focus on delivering a coherent and productive dialogue that allows for continued reinvestment in sustainability across all sectors.

It's time to get everyone in the room—because the only way we transform the materials economy is together.
